We are currently seeking:
Part-Time Finance Director
This position is part-time at 15 hours per week.
Learn More Compensation is salaried at $1,500.00 per month (assuming two pay cycles). Candidates must have access to stable internet connection and their own device(s) to work on.
While this position is remote, candidates must be local to become bank signatories and can expect future in-person work hours. The Finance Director can set their own work hours, however there are some set weekly and monthly meetings they will be required to attend.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll
- Distributing employee forms for tax preparation
- Filing taxes
- Directing accounts receivable, payable, and payroll staff in QuickBooks
- Directing financial strategies and budget management, reports and proposals for the board
- Working with the Board Treasurer and Finance Committee
- Advising on long-term fiscal planning for the business
- Overseeing credits and collections
- Maintaining and updating financial records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance and/or accounting. Candidates with experience in theatre or non-profit arts organizations preferred;
- Highly independent, with the ability to self-manage and work remotely;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once;
- Computer literate with experience in Quickbooks and Google Drive. Experience with Slack and monday.com preferred; and
- Interest in theatre, or the arts preferred.

Part-Time Administrative Director
This position is part-time at 20 hours per week.
Learn More Compensation is salaried at $1,600.00 per month (assuming two pay cycles). Candidates must have access to stable internet connection and their own device(s) to work on.
While this position is remote, candidates must be local and can expect future in-person work hours. The Administrative Director can set their own work hours, however there are some set weekly and monthly meetings they will be required to attend.
The Administrative Director will complete tasks and duties for all of Dragon staff and projects to help keep things moving in an organized and efficient manner.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Being point of contact for patrons;
- Taking minutes during meetings;
- Managing calendars;
- Scheduling programming into online platforms;
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online platforms;
- Manage data in spreadsheets and documents;
- Ordering materials; and
- Basic data entry.
Qualifications:
- Highly independent, with the ability to self-manage and work remotely;
- Able to think flexibly and stay well-organized;
- Ability to retain information;
- Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and systems;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once;
- Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of product and services;
- Computer literate and experience with Google Drive. Experience with Slack and monday.com preferred; and
- Interest in theatre, or the arts preferred.
