Performance Conservatory

Grades 6 – 12

Design, produce, and perform a play this summer in Dragon’s Theatre Conservatory! Students in this program will use the support and guidance of their Teaching Artists to design and perform a play*!

*The play will be determined based on the demographics of those enrolled. We believe in choosing a play for the students rather than fitting actors into a fixed product.

Students enrolled in multiple sessions will have the opportunity to work on play selections and learn new skills!

Monday – Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm

Sessions will be held fully in-person, as COVID restrictions allow.
This experience will be limited to 15 participants, plus instructors.
Masks will be required at all times with the exception of meal times & snack breaks.**
Social distancing will be enforced at all times.**
Drop-off and pick-up details will be provided prior to the start of the session.
Students will have a lunch break & two snack breaks throughout the day. Participants will need to
bring a sack lunch + snacks and their own water bottle each day.
Specific schedules and required registration forms will be sent prior to the camp start.

**As new COVID guidelines become available, requirements may adjust accordingly. Participants will be given advance notice of any changes.

Performance Boot Camp

Grades 6 – 12

Learn, play, grow, and perform this summer in Dragon’s Performance Boot Camp! Students in this program create a play working with other campers to create their idea and final performance!

Students engage in theatre-disciplined workshops while receiving tailored instruction in the performing arts from local theatre professionals. Students then get to apply these skills towards performance selections to be presented at the end of the sessions!

Students enrolled in multiple sessions will have the opportunity to work on different performance selections and learn new skills!
