As of November 16th, 2020 Gavin Newsom has ordered a halt to the states reopening plans. As a result, we are pausing our rental program. The health of our community is our top priority. We deeply miss hosting you all within our building and we thank those of you who have contributed to keeping the arts thriving during this Pandemic. Dragon has made many strides in producing digital content and if you are looking for support in taking your event online, please do not hesitate to reach out to either Co-Artistic Director, Max or Alika, email them.
Our 260 square foot classroom is on the second floor of our facility and is only accessible from the lobby area via stairs. It is a 18’8” x 17’9” (10’4” on the shortest side) trapezoidal space. It features carpeted floors and a skylight providing natural lighting during the day. Perfect for small classes and workshops, business meetings, private yoga or pilates sessions, private vocal or acting coaching, or recording videos for auditions or audio recording for podcasts.

Additional features include: climate control.
Please note that if there are activities happening on the stage, there might be some sound bleed in to this room. Please communicate with us if this is a concern for you. Also, if it’s a public event the classroom is NOT available for rental.
If you would like to move forward with an inquiry, please submit a Rental Request form. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted to set up a tour of the facility and review and sign a Rental Agreement Contract. Once the agreement is sent you have two weeks to sign and return the contract. Once the two weeks have passed your offer expires and may not be available in the future.
