Managing Artistic Director & Founder: Meredith Hagedorn 
Meredith has been a professional actor & director in regional theatres across the country for twenty years and an acting teacher for all ages in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and now in the Bay Area. She currently teaches teens & adults professional acting, marketing, & producing in private coaching & around the Bay Area. Meredith began Dragon Productions in 1999 to provide more high quality semi-professional theatre opportunities to the talented people of the Bay Area. Meredith has been working full-time to continue this dream. Not only is she the Managing Artistic Director & Founder of Dragon, but her jobs range from props, costumes, acting, & directing, to taking out the trash. She is always looking for more people hoping to get involved with Dragon in a wide variety of roles.

Mary Lou Torre is a former Vice President of Development for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Northern California Chapter. She is currently enjoying not being gainfully employed and is thrilled to have time to act again. In addition to volunteering in a number of capacities for Dragon Productions, she also donates her time to a variety of organizations including Stanford University and TheatreWorks.

Resident Scenic Designer & Set Construction team: Ron Gasparinetti & Charles McKeithan
Ron Gasparinetti (Scenic Designer) has designed hundreds of shows over the past 25 years and has been a member of the Bay Area Theatre community for a little over a decade. In January 2007, he and good friend Charles McKeithan (Master Carpenter) joined forces to start their own company “THRUST scenic design & construction”. Together they look forward to bringing you many more years of theatrical enjoyment. Ron is a proud member of Theater Bay Area.
